半月板損傷。スポーツはしない方がいいですか？
すみません。とても不安なので、質問させていただきます。 約２ヶ月前に右膝の半月板辺りを使いすぎにより傷めてしまい、 普通に歩くのも痛みを感じていました。 少し時が経ってから病院に行き、医者のＭＲＩ診断結果は、「半月板に小さな傷があるかもしれない。痛みが今無いのであれば手術する必要はありません。」 と言われ、現在２ヶ月目になります。 痛みは全く無くなって普通にスポーツも出来る位に回復したのですが、 膝を… 続きは...
