診療録の記載事情について
病院で医事をしている者です。 早速質問なんですが、診療録（入院）に現在採血項目をDr.に記載してもらい、なおかつ採血指示箋に記載いただいているのですが、手間を考えて診療録には[採血]とだけ記載し、診療録内に指示箋の控えを貼り付けるという案があがっています。 法律的（厚生省的？）に上記のような方法は大丈夫なのでしょうか？ ネットで調べたところ、処方箋に関しては記載するようなマニュアルはあったのですが、採… 続きは...
