療養病棟に勤務する看護職員について
療養病棟入院基本料2を算定している病院です。 施設基準の中に当該病棟において、看護職員の最小必要数の2割以上が看護師であること。 という条件がありますが、日勤帯において看護職員のうち必ず1名は看護師を配置しなければなりませんか？ また、当院は4週8休制を採っていますが、看護要員の休日は1週間のうち1日は休みを入れなければなりませんか？ ご存じの方、どうぞご教示ください。 続きは...
