ＤＰＣと診療行為について
現在、気胸のため入院中です。この際、普段はなかなか診てもらっていない、調子が悪い身体の他の部分を検査して戴こうとお願いしました。 ところが主治医が仰るには、ＤＰＣの制度の下では、加療中以外の診療行為は診療報酬に加点出来ないので、一旦退院してからでないと無理と言われました。 本当にそうなのでしょうか？ だとすると、例えば入院中に肺炎を併発した場合、病院は診療報酬を請求出来ないのでしょうか？ 続きは...
