明治製菓、明治乳業の名前が消える

それによると子会社の明治製菓と明治乳業が行っている事業を整理統合し、食品事業の新会社「明治」を設立。また医薬品、農薬などの薬品事業の新会社「Meiji Seika ファルマ」を設立する。これにより長年親しまれてきた明治製菓、明治乳業の名前が消滅する。　続きは...
