心臓カテーテル検査について
最近復職して全く新しい分野の配属となり、わからないことだらけです。 心臓カテーテル検査(ＣＡＧ)に明日介助で入るのですが、透析をしている患者さんがいて先輩に「ＨＤしてる人は何に注意すればいい？」と質問されました。 帰宅し色々調べたのですが、少ない資料でわかりませんでした。 透析患者→腎機能が悪い→造営材を使う→腎機能の検査データを把握しておくこと以外でなにか注意点はありますでしょうか？ 続きは...
