みずほ証券の解説によると、Zelborafはメラノーマの標準治療薬ダカルバジンに比較して死亡リスクを56％、がんの進展を74％低減させた。 FDAより優先審査(6ヵ月)に指定されていたが、審査終了目標日(10月28日)より2ヵ月以上も早く承認されたという。 ...　続きは...
