脳卒中のリハビリ（特に腕）方法について

家族（４２歳・女性）が脳卒中で右片麻痺になりました。
救急搬送～リハビリを開始して約１か月半。 足に関しては、先日手摺を使わずに
歩けるまでに回復し、本人も喜んでますが、腕はまるっきり回復の兆しが認められ
ません。
ＳＴ・ＯＴ・ＰＴ と一通りのリハビリを行っていますが、腕の回復だけが何の進展も
認められません。 本人も、リハビリの時間以外にも随分とマッサージなどを行って
います。無論、私も毎日病院へ…
