チーム医療勉強会でKJ法
チーム医療勉強会を計画しています。看護師、臨床検査技師、栄養士、薬剤師など１０人（新人）が参加しますが、糖尿病の患者さんの症例を作り、KJ法を使って意見をまとめたいと思っています。
勉強会の大きな目的として

(1)他職種の能力を相互に理解する
(2)他職種とのコミュニケーションの場とする
