心臓ＣＴプロトコルについて（βブロッカー、硝酸薬）

循環器病棟に移動になって3カ月の看護師です。
とある心臓ＣＴを受ける患者（アブレーション予定）にβブロッカー＆硝酸薬が処方されておらず、ＨＲ６０、収縮期ＢＰも１１０だったので、前処置せずに検査出しに行ったら「心臓ＣＴのプロトコル確認して！」と主治医に怒られました・・・
しかし当院には基準のようなものはなく先輩たちも分からないの一言・・・
日本で統一された基準があるのでしょうか？ＨＲ、ＢＰに関係なくβブ…
