経皮的心肺補助（PCPS）について

先日私の働いてる心臓カテーテル検査室でのできごとです。
（はっきりは状況を見てないので少しあいまいですが・・・）
検査中、急に血圧低下したため何度も昇圧剤投与し、それでも圧が上昇しないのでIABP挿入。
IABPを挿入後、様子を見るが圧は上昇せず。
最終的にPCPS挿管させICUに運ばれました。
