運動負荷試験でII、III、aVF、V4～V6にだけST低下が認められることが多く、
ST下降した誘導から、冠動脈の狭窄部位の断定は難しいと聞きましたが理由がわかりません。
安静心電図の時に、異常Q波やST上昇が出たら、壁の位置やどの冠動脈が狭窄しているか推測できるのに、どうして運動負荷試験では断定できないのでしょうか？？
