保険請求（返戻）について教えて下さい

調剤薬局に勤務しているのですが、社会保険の返戻について教えてください。
６月に２回来局された方の事なのですが、１回目の保険番号を間違え登録し、２回目に１回目の間違えに気づかず正しい保険番号のものを登録。間違えている事に気づかず2つの番号でレセプトを提出したため、返戻で１回目のものだけが戻ってきてしまいました。
この場合、2回目のを保険請求取り下げをした方がいいのでしょうか？
