医療機器の電気的安全について

患者漏れ電流について質問です。
B型、BF型、CF型とありますが、経胸壁心エコーおよび経食道エコーはどれに分類されるのでしょうか？
ある本では「経胸壁心エコーはCF型」記載されてあるのですが、私の認識だとCF型は直接心臓に電極などが触れてしまうそれがある心臓カテーテル検査や術中（開胸）でのエコー検査というイメージです。
経胸壁心エコーはBF型では？と思うのですが、間違っているのでしょうか？
