視力低下について

自分はコンタクトを使い始めて4年くらいになるものです。最初は確か両方の目とも0.5くらいはありました。ですが3か月ごとに検査に行ってその都度処方箋をもらいコンタクトを変えているんですが、毎回のように視力が落ちて行って今は0.1くらいです。このままだと本当に裸眼だと何も見えなくなってしまうんじゃないかとすごく不安です。
