眼底カメラの上下について

質問です。
眼底カメラを現像した写真の上下は、
実際の眼底を肉眼で見たとした上下方向と同じなのでしょうか。
網膜に映る像は実際に見た像と逆さに移るのは理解できるのですが。
よろしくお願いします。
