帯状ヘルペスの発症原因として追突事故

帯状ヘルペスの診断がなされました。
医者に「最近ストレスを受けてませんか」と聞かれ、毎日のんびり暮らしている私に
ストレスなんてと思ったのですが、1ヶ月ほど前に追突事故に遭いその時もリファビリに
通っておりその旨伝えたましたが診察はそれで終わり、薬を処方されました。
質問は追突事故が原因で帯状ヘルペスになったりするものなのか、です。
この十数年、木々や花、鳥や猫に囲まれて毎日のんびり暮らしてきましたの…
