教えてください

昨日、自転車に乗っていて
事故してしまいました。
近くにあった石に
膝をぶつけてしまい
膝内側が痣になってしまいました。
ぶつけてから
数時間は痛みがありましたが
今は、
膝を屈伸すると痛みます。
ただの打撲痛なので
しょうか?
あと、痣をはやめに
消すには暖めるのがいいん
でしたっけ?
教えてください…
