急性硬膜下血腫と診断されたのですが・・・

2ヶ月程前に4ヶ月の子供が脳内出血を発生し、急性硬膜下血腫と診断されました。出血量は少なく血腫除去手術までは行わず頭蓋内圧の抑制をする処置を行って3日後に脳圧が下がりました。
出血の原因については外傷によるものと診断されましたが、外傷は無く数日間での心当たりは見当たらず、原因がはっきりしません。思い当たる事は3週間程前に頭部を打ってすぐ病院に連れて行きCTを撮ってもらいましたがその時は異常無しと言う事で…
