心筋梗塞から脳梗塞

祖父が心筋梗塞で倒れました。
血管がつまっているということで血栓を溶かす薬を投与されました。
翌日脳梗塞で意識不明になりました。
血栓を溶かしたことで血栓の破片が脳に到達したと推測されますが、
これは医療ミスにならないのでしょうか？
