酸素ボンベの流量計と圧力計での使用量の差について

小さな歯科医院のスタッフです。
経鼻カニューラを使って酸素吸入を行うことがあり、酸素の使用量を記録するようにいわれていますが、ちょっと疑問なことがありますので教えて下さい。
例えば流量計を使っての計算だと5L／分で50分だと250Lの使用量ということになりますが、圧力計をみると、500Lの酸素ボンベだと満量14.7MPaで、残量250Lですから7.35MPaと表示されなければならないはずなんですが、圧力計はもっと高い値を示して…
