癌治療薬について

妻の癌治療について
癌の終末医療としての治療で投薬について迷っています、胃癌を４年前に発症し昨年１０月イレウスを起こし年末から入院し、１月末にオペを実施しました。
昨年までに薬による化学療法を２回実施しました、髪の毛が抜けたり足の爪がはがれたり食欲はてきめんになくなり２回繰り返し実施して大変苦しみました。
