眼科助手さんやってる人に質問です

眼科医でコンタクトの着け外しの練習をしたのですが、中々うまくいかず焦りまくるし
担当の助手さんがちょいちょいアドバイスしてくれても（ちょいイライラ感あり）、それが追い討ちのプレッシャーに感じてしまいなんやかんやで、２０～３０分くらい脱着にかかってしまいました。
次から定期健診で担当してくれた助手がいたら恥ずかしい気持ちでナエそうなんですが、
自分見たいなトロイ患者を担当した場合、やっぱりイライラし…
