排泄介助時の手袋について

現在、病院で看護補助の仕事をしています。この病院の看護師、看護補助者共に排泄のケアの時、尿だけなら素手でおむつ交換しています。その後特に手洗いせず、ウェルパスという消毒液を両手につけて終わりです。便の場合は、手袋をして陰部を洗浄し手袋を外してから新しいオムツを当てます。
なので、素手で汚れているオムツを掴んでゴミ箱へ入れます。
