大腸がんの骨転移について

癌の骨転移の治療法、専門医、専門病院など教えてください。
３年前、父(現在50代前半)が大腸がんになりました。発見が遅れたため肺にも転移がありました。しかし大腸、肺にできた癌は発見するたびに手術で取り除くことができていました。
