片側顔面痙攣

今日病院で片側顔面痙攣と診断されました。完治を希望したいので手術も考えています。ですが今は将来の事を考えると精神的ショックで頭の中がいっぱいです。
山口県福岡県あたりでいい先生をご存知の方いらしましたらぜひ教えて下さい。同じ病気で治療、手術を経験された方もお話を聞かせて下さい。
