看護学生です。整形外科実習にて,大腿骨頚部内側骨折,術前の患者様を受持ちました。術式は人工骨頭置換術です。しかし肺炎,低酸素血症になってしまい手術延期に・・・またせん妄も出てしまい,見当識障害,不穏,興奮状態にあり,点滴ルートや尿カテ自己抜去の危険あり,牽引してましたが自己抜去してしまいました。SPO2モニター装着してますが,値も不安定,また動脈血検査データも昨日より悪くなってしまいました。毎日の看護目標や何…
