高額医療費還付申請時の、病院の領収書との金額の違い
自治体によって異なると思いますが、質問です。
昨日、父の高額医療費の還付申請のために役所へ行きました。
担当の窓口に行き、病院の領収書と役所からの還付申請通知を出したところ、領収書と還付申請通知の金額が異なるということで申請を断られました。
病院によると、おむつなどの業者への支払い締め日なども関係し、数百円から数千円の誤差はあるとのこと。
