捻挫で運動

今日の朝階段から落ちて左足関節外側靭帯損傷全治三週間と診断を受けました。テーピングで固定をして湿布包帯をしている状態です。幸い内出血はしていないものの右足に比べかなり腫れています。歩くことはおろか立つことですら激痛が走ります。二週間後に体育祭の全体練習、リハーサルがあります。三週間後には体育祭があります。体育祭での踊りなどまだ覚えていません。全校で踊るダンスなども覚えていません…体育祭で私がでる競…
