在宅専門の医療事務員について

わたしは9月にクリニックに医療事務員として就職できたのですが。
わたしの主な担当としては在宅患者専門の医療事務員ということでした。在宅専門じゃないにしろ未経験で日々学ぶことだらけです。
そこで在宅専門の参考書を買って勉強しているのですが、やはり独学に近いので手詰まりになっています。ニチイとかのようなかんじで在宅専門の学ぶ施設みたいなところはあるのでしょうか？
もしくは在宅専門の医療事務を経験されたか…
