大学病院に勤務しています。看護診断でＰＣ（潜在的合併症）について質問です。
ＩＣＵで働いていますがＰＣ＝病気と解釈しているスタッフが多く自分もＮＡＮＤＡ看護診断を使用するのが今回初めてのため悩んでいます。ＰＣ心筋梗塞と電子カルテの看護問題には記載されていますが、ＰＣは潜在的合併症という意味と以前勉強した記憶があります。だとしたら解釈として心筋梗塞にともなう潜在的問題例えば心不全や不整脈といったこと…
