医療ミスでしょうか?父の急死に納得出来ません

83歳の父の件なのですが尿管ステント取り換えの手術をして
4日目、翌日には退院が決まっていて、この時までは食欲もあり
とても元気でした。
ただ、便秘を気にしてました。

ところが翌日の昼頃に病院から血圧が急に下がって意識が混濁
してるので来てください・・・と連絡があり急いで行った所、この
時にはすでに意識がかなり混濁しており血圧も上が68～54と凄く
低くお腹がパンパンに張っており、苦しいのか呻き声をあ…
