2歳の息子が毒を持った虫？に刺されたようです！

2歳の息子が毒を持った虫？に刺されたようです。昨日の午後両腕をポリポリしてるので見ると蚊に刺されたようにぷっくり腫れていましたので「蚊にさされちゃったのね！」と思っていたら夫が「足にもあるよ」と、、、。
腕の方はなんてことなかったのですが足の方は今朝になったらすごい腫れて靴も履けません。
熱を持って硬くなってしまっていてどう対処していいのか見当もつきません。
どうやら蚊ではなくて何か毒をもった虫にさ…
