いつもお世話になります。
当方看護学生で、現在病院で実習中です。
受け持ち患者さん（８７歳の胃がんの末期で家族に余命宣告されてる患者さんで、患者さんには余命のことや病名は伝えていません）のバイタル測定をしていたとき、患者さんから
「血圧はどれくらいだった？」と聞かれたので、測った値を伝えました。
それを指導者さんに報告した際にちょろっと言ったら
