過敏性腸症候群の考え方と処方例

　過敏性腸症候群は、腸の運動や分泌の機能異常により生じる病気です。症状によって交替型、下痢型、便秘型、ガス型、分泌型などに分類されます。過敏性腸症候群で一番多くみられるのは漢方でいう「肝気横逆」証です。この証の人にはどのような漢方薬が適しているのでしょうか。
