ステロイドの耐性と副作用について質問がございます。

ステロイドの中でも強力と言われるデキサメタゾン（デカドロン）やベタメタゾン（リンデロン）錠についてなのですが、実際問題、とあるお医者様が言われるには重大な副作用に関しては、例えば一日の最大摂取量20ミリグラムを毎日摂取して半年以上でも使用しなければ先ず有り得ないとお聞き致しました。
では耐性についてもこれと同様の事が言えるのでしょうか。
例えば自分でしたら訳ありで2.5ミリを週3日程度使用しております…
