MRIの所有権

医療機関に勤める者です。当院にはMRIの機械がないため他院に依頼しています。診療情報提供書を添えて依頼し撮影されたフイルムまたはCD－ROMは読影所見と共に殆どの場合「返却不要」で戻ってきます。この場合このフイルムは当院の物なのか検査をうけた患者さんの物なのかを教えて下さい。患者さんは検査代を支払っていますが、その中にフイルム代も含まれていて買い取ってきたという解釈にはなりませんか？フイルムの所有権は当…
