キノロン系薬の歴史と臨床上の位置付け

キノロン系薬剤初代のナリジクス酸（ウイントマイロン等）は、グラム陰性桿菌のみの抗菌力を示し、尿路感染症と腸管感染症にしか適応症を持ちません。ピペミド酸水和物（ドルコール等）は組織移行性が向上し、緑膿菌への効果も持つようになりました。
