本態性振戦とデパス

本態性振戦でデパスを飲んでいます。最初はアルマールを処方されましたが、効かず行き着いたのがデパスでした。 デパス0.5mgを朝1錠、午後1錠の計2錠飲んでいます。これで震えは、かなり抑えられています。 仕事が休みの日は飲んでいません。これから長期間服用する事になると思うんですが。依存や副作用が心配です。 医師の処方どおり飲んでいれば大丈夫でしょうか？
