レーシックと統合失調症

レーシックの検査予約を取ろうとしましたが、数年前から統合失調症と診断されてジプレキサを服用していることを伝えると、眼科学会のガイドラインに抵触するので、手術はできません、と言われてショックでした。
どうして精神疾患が眼に影響するのか素人考えでは分からなかったのですが、統合失調症でジプレキサを服用している人がレーシックを受けると具体的にどんなリスクがあるのでしょうか？

ジプレキサが効かない

ジプレキサを10ｍｇのんでますが効いているきがしません
うつ状態もよくならないしずっと鬱のままです
どうしたらいいのでしょうか
薬を変えることも検討してます
