釘などでできた深い傷を跡を残さず治す方法

私には今年21歳になる姉がいるのですが、先ほど踏み台にして作業していたカラーボックスが破損し、露出したネジで怪我をしてしまいました。
傷は太ももの裏でかなり深く範囲も広く、ネジの先端でひっかいた傷なので傷口の荒れていおり跡が残りそうで心配です。何より目立つ場所なのでもし跡が残ってしまったらと考えるとかわいそうでなりません。病院で消毒など一応の処置は受けましたが、今後どのような治療を受ければ傷跡が残る…
