歯を抜くべきか？

歯を抜くべきか迷っています
奥歯の奥から2番目の歯が若干ぐらつきます
私は左右上下の奥から3番目の歯が1本づつないのです
これは現代人の特徴で歯が退化しているそうです
一定数このような人がいるそうです
問題はその元々無い歯の１つ奥の歯で、
なぜかその元々歯が無い部分に子供の歯が残っており
それが奥から2番目の歯を圧迫しています
それで硬いものを食べるとすぐぐらぐらして痛いです
やわらかいものは平気です
