私の症状は何科に当たりますか？
私は仕事がうまくいかず（人間関係含め）、ものすごく気分が悪いです。入社3年目で、症状としては体のだるみ、食欲不振、不眠（毎日夜中2時半に目が覚め、再び寝て5時起きてそこからは寝られません）、ストレスによる腰痛（1ヶ月）、悲しくなって涙がでます。また物事が考えにくくなるといった感じで、ひどいサザエさん症候群でもあります。
朝、会社に行くまでがものすごく体が重たくてきついで…
