ふくらはぎの血管が破裂？した様なんです。

ふくらはぎの血管が破裂？した様なんです。
今日、少し高いところから飛び降りて着地した瞬間に
左足のふくらはぎの下の部分（かかとから見ると
ふくらみ始めの辺り）に痛みがありました。
その後は、まあ触ると痛いと言う程度なので
放っていたのですが、その部分が内出血したように
紫色になってきました。
触らなければどこも痛くないのですが、これはこのままに
しておいても問題ないでしょうか？
私自身は自然に治るだろうと…
