ここで質問したところ統合失調症ではないかと疑われたのですが
精神科に行くべきでしょうか
自分はすこし軽く考えていた所もあったのですが
さっき勉強中によくよく考えるとクラスで言っていた悪口が
自分が見ていて邪魔をしていた人たちが自分に言っていたことに気づいて
自分が悪いとはいえかなりショックです
どうすれば人の視線を気にしなくてすむようになるでしょうか
