以前～私は日勤の時に レンドルミン＆レキソタンで良く眠れていたのですが。 年末から夜勤専門の職についてます(泣) 昼間に睡眠しずらてくてしました現在～レンドルミン＆レキソタン＆ロヒプノールで眠っています。 それでも 中途覚睡する時は↓ マイスリーとハルシオンを 服用して再度、寝てます(泣) やっぱり 人間は夜に眠るもの何でしょうか? 何か昼間でもぐっすり 眠れる薬は 他にもあるんです…　続きは...
