小児科で医療事務員をしております。 本日、お子さんが足の裏にとげが刺さったとのことで来院されまして 診察の結果 病名は「右足底切創」 カルテには 消毒 ガーゼで保護(５×５cm) 名前は忘れましたが軟膏が出されていました。 この場合 処置料は基本診療料に入りますか？ それとも、創傷処置などの点数が算定できますか？ よろしくお願い致します。 続きは...
