リハビリについて

膝の手術後一年近くリハビリを受けていましたが、そのPTさんはとても熱心な先生で 種類も多く一つ一つの回数や、やっている時間も長くきついでした。 でも執刀医の医師はやればよいってものじゃないから、言われた通りしなくてもいい 自分で加減しなさいと言いました。又別の医師はリハビリのやり過ぎで足に負担がかかっている のではないか。と言われました。 PTの先生は医師の指示でやるのでしょうか。自分でプログラムや時間を…　続きは...
