入院日数のことで教えてください。 先日祖父が骨折で入院し無事退院したのですが、保険会社の給付が「入院５日以上のときに１日目から支払われる 」と定義されています。 ちなみに8/23に入院し8/27に退院したのですが、この場合の入院日数は5日でいいのですか？ レセプト上では退院日は入院日数にカウントしないとも聞いたことがあるのですが。。 退院日をカウントしないと日数は4日になってしまいます。 よろしくお願いします。 続きは...
