医療機関の不正請求が詐欺罪にならない件
医療機関不正請求が後を絶いませんが、今回も愛知県の医療法人「豊岡会」による５０億円の不正請求がありましたが、（これより先に同法人による２５億円の不正請求も発覚している）マスコミ報道をみると不正分は場合によっては返金させる、豊岡会は順次返金する方向としているが、ふせいせいきゅうなのになぜ 詐欺罪 にはならないのですか？これ以外にも医療関係の不正請求でも発覚すればその関係者の名目上の退陣で終わり。見… 続きは...
